SUNFEST. PART1

SUNFEST.

The annual city's Sunfest has begun! Do you know what this means? I'll be volunteering again but since this time I am doing security for the majority of the time (instead of the Clean and Green where you sit behind the garbage cans and instruct people classify their garbage before putting it into the specific one -.-) I get to go around and shoot :) Really cant wait!

CANADA. DAY.

                                      

About five days ago was the birthday of my country. July 1st for Canada! The family and I decided to celebrate the day by going to a festival at our church. There were many activities and even the local band came and performed. And seeing that they love what they sing and do is pretty inspiring. The vintage car show and the fireworks were especially good and it makes me wonder why we can't ride in classy automobiles all the time and have fireworks every.single.day?!

I've always had a thing with flowers; tulips, sunflowers, and especially roses and white daisies<3 So when my sister brought back some daisies she picked up from her way home, I couldn't resist touching and looking at it. And every time I play with flowers, I feel like a real kid again. To me, they are so delicate, pure, full of life...like a beautiful fool.

It was loads of fun!

SUNDAY. MORNING.

This is what I wore to church today. I like how the layering of the poka dot and the grey shirt gives an extra touch to the outfit. Together, they make quite a nice combo. I am diggin the other colors too; white, black/grey, burgundy and a hint of gold <3

Happy Easter Weekend! Remember, there will always be celebrations, bunny chocolates and egg hunts, but don't forget the actual meaning to this week!
